There is no other investment of a comparable size anywhere along the eastern border of Poland.

The leased space of the centre will total 100,000 sqm. It will include: a Géant hypermarket with its floor area of 13,000 sqm, furniture stores, DIY and consumer electronics and household appliances, occupying a total of 37,000 sqm, as well as a multi-screen cinema with a large auditorium used for first screenings. The shopping mall will boast 190 shops and service outlets as well as 15 bars and restaurants. The Centre will also have two car parks, one underground and one on the ground, offering a total of approximately 3,000 parking places.

Some 2,000 people will be employed at the building site. After its launch, the Centre will employ approximately 1,500 staff. The total cost of the project is estimated at over PLN 500 m.
