Projects

Gray International has been involved in implementing two large-scale urban projects and preparing few others.

One of them is Felicity - a genuine urban development project by the developers/planners Gray International designed as the largest regional centre in the eastern part of Poland.

The second important project of Gray International is development of space management and architectural concept for the Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) - a thirty-hectare area situated at the very heart of the old town of Gdańsk. This unusual place remains the last area of Gdańsk that has not been rebuilt for the last sixty years. Gray International proposed it's revitalization as a seamless urbane concept.

Architects from Gray International together with architects from other design agencies also took part in two highly prestigious international architectural competitions – for the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk and “Meeting of Cultures” cultural centre in Lublin – winning in both cases the second prize.
