Real and Leroy Merlin will be anchor tenants in the Felicity shopping and entertainment centre in Lublin
Gray International sp. z o.o., developer of the regional Felicity shopping centre now being built in Lublin, is pleased to announce the acquisition of another tenant – Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket. At present, Leroy Merlin chain has 21 stores in Poland, but so far it has been missing from the Lublin province. In Felicity, Leroy Merlin will occupy 11,000 m2, and, unusually, it will form an integral part of the shopping mall.
Felicity’s next anchor tenant beside Leroy Merlin will be a Real hypermarket. Having taken over Géant stores, Real has become one of the leading retail chains in Poland. In Felicity, Real will take up ca. 13,000 m2.
Building work on Felicity begins with earthworks and remodelling of the external road system. The general contractors are, respectively, the locally based Sztyrlic company and Strabag. The process of selecting a general contractor for the Centre buildings is currently underway.
