Warsaw, July 1, 2008. Gray International is pleased to inform that more new leases have been signed for the Felicity Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Lublin. Felicity has now acquired the following well-known and highly-esteemed brands: H&M, who will occupy a two-level store of over 2100 m², Carry - nearly 800 m², and New Yorker - 930 m².
Other new leases include the following brands and companies: Pierre Cardin, Barakuda, Villeroy & Boch, Hemtex, Ryłko, Bugatti, Cross, 4YouSigal, Hana Sushi, Fratelli, L. Marconi, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, Jackpot, Cottonfield. Over 70 % of the Centre has already been let.
Construction of the Felicity Shopping Centre is now the largest shopping and entertainment project in the east of Poland. The total area of the Centre will be 220.000 m², and the letting area – 100.000 m². The Centre will house around 260 shops and boutiques, 25 restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as leisure and entertainment functions, including and a 10-screen Multikino cinema complex. The accompanying car-park will accommodate ca. 3000 vehicles. The first contractor selected by way of tender – Warbud S.A. – took over the construction site in mid-April this year. Within 12 months, it will construct buildings for the two largest anchor tenants – hypermarkets Real and Leroy Merlin. The remaining contractors will be selected in the coming weeks. The planned opening date for Felicity is Spring 2010.
