New tenants in the Felicity Shopping and Entertainment Centre

Warsaw, 10 December 2007 – Felicity Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Lublin has acquired new tenants.
Gray International, developer of the Felicity Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Lublin, is pleased to inform that more new leases have been signed. Felicity has now acquired the following new tenants: Douglas, Intersport, Reserved and Reserved ReKids, CCC, Quazi, Esotiq, Heavy Duty, Cropp Town, Bolero, Triumph, Home&You, In Medio, Bytom, Media Press, Optical Center, Mount Blanc Chocolate Bar and Megapunkt.
Construction of the Felicity Shopping Centre is now the largest shopping and entertainment project in the east of Poland.  The total area of the Centre will be 125.000 m2, and the letting area – 100.000 m2. Anchor tenants include hypermarkets Real, Leroy Merlin and Electro World, and a 10-screen Multikino cinema. The Centre will also house around 260 shops and boutiques, 25 restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as leisure and entertainment functions. The accompanying car-park will accommodate ca. 3000 vehicles. The planned opening date for Felicity is year 2009.
