Warsaw, 29 January 2008 – Felicity Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Lublin has acquired new tenants.
The Letting Department of Gray International is pleased to inform that more new leases have been signed for the Felicity Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Lublin. Felicity has now acquired the following new brands and companies: Deichmann (occupying a shop of 570m2), Tatuum and Tatuum Accessories (ca. 250 m2), Diverse (ca. 260m2), as well as Kazar, Ochnik, Farmaco, Jubiler W. Śliwiński (jeweller), Sferis, Sklep Jubilerski Yes (jewellery) and Kantor Wymiany Walut J&M (foreign exchange).
Construction of the Felicity Shopping Centre is now the largest shopping and entertainment project in the east of Poland. The total area of the Centre will be 125.000 m2, and the letting area – 100.000 m2. Anchor tenants include hypermarkets Real, Leroy Merlin and Electro World, and a 10-screen Multikino cinema complex. The Centre will also house around 260 shops and boutiques, 25 restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as leisure and entertainment functions. The accompanying car-park will accommodate ca. 3000 vehicles. The planned opening date for Felicity is second half of the year 2009.
