Warsaw, 12 November 2007 - Gray International is awarded the title of EUropean Firm of 2007 as part of the European Standard 2007 program.
We have the honour to inform you that Gray International has received an award of the European Standard 2007 program and won the title of EUropean Firm of 2007. The competition was organized by the publisher of economic supplements to such dailies as Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Wyborcza, as well as the Education World magazine. The aim of the competition is to present and honour companies having a competitive edge thanks to the use of European standards.
Gray International is currently engaged in two large-scale development projects.
One of them is the construction of “Felicity” in Lublin, the largest shopping and entertainment centre in eastern Poland. As the developer of this impressive investment project, Gray International is responsible for managing all the processes leading up to completion of the Centre – from the urban planning concept to commercial letting.
Another important project of Gray International is its participation in the revitalization of the Granary Island, a 30-hectare area located in the very heart of Gdańsk. This area will be revitalized on the basis of planning documentation which is currently being prepared by the Office for Development of the City of Gdańsk, based in turn on a comprehensive concept for development of the Granary Island commissioned by Gray International.
Gray International is the first developer in Poland to be certified in the field of urban revitalization. The company operates within the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standard.
