Lublin is the capital of Lubelskie province and the largest city in the east of Poland (population 356,000). It is also a thriving academic centre with ca. 100,000 students from all over the country. Historically it was a place where the East met the West, now the city benefits from its proximity to borders with Ukraine (98 km) and Belarus (148 km) – the external border of the entire European Union.
Only five minutes by car separates Lublin’s Old Town from the LPH investment site, covering 31 hectares. The best asset of this location is its proximity to one of the main roads between Lublin city centre and the future Świdnik Airport. The area is now the only location in the entire city where a large project such as a factory outlet, business park or a logistics centre can be constructed.
